Stabyltu (Paper Mario Color Splash Recut Switch)

In the original Color Splash, this guy was one of 23 semi-generic Toad members of the same squad. Even in the first version of the Color Splash Recut fangame topic, when each squad was consolidated to 5 members each, that Blue Toad's design remained (though he got the name Stabyl T). The Fantendo version, though, is changing him to a Lakitu, so there's at least one Lakitu across all Squads.
