A big difference between the original sprites and these ones is the hair on Mimi's head itself. This was done so the hair would look more natural (...or at least, natural in context to Mimi.)

She's so cute! To be honest I wasn't really a huge fan of the geometric look in Super Paper Mario, especially with characters with really basic designs. So I've really liked how you've given them rounder designs.
