One of three shopkeepers of the Fruit Cap store, Cartone sells Normal (blue) Fruit Caps. Cartone himself sells caps without asking questions- frankly, what anyone does with their purchases is their business alone. If the customer's happy, he's happy.

Cartone appears as an NPC in an upcoming Paper Mario fangame topic of the same name.
